Damon Nelson is the online operations and marketing consultant for BuyerRehab.com, LLC. a Texas Real Estate Investment and Property Management Company. In recent years, Mr. Nelson has owned and managed a home rehab and remodeling company, specializing in “flipping” homes in the Dallas area. He also operates a web development and online marketing company, AtWebDesigns.com. In addition, he consults as an expert witness and management consultant for several large law firms in Dallas, TX. in domain name sales and management. Mr. Nelson has previously owned and managed a venture capital investment company with ownership in several auto rental companies, an auto finance company, and partnerships with multiple start-up ventures.

Mr. Nelson started his career after college as a Mechanical Engineer and production supervisor with American International Manufacturing, managing an ordnance production line for the US Navy. Later, Mr. Nelson worked as a Project Manager at Associated Air Center and Computer Programmer managing large interior modifications and engine retrofits on Boeing 727′s and 737′s. Since then, he has started several successful businesses in the internet online sales and marketing, along with auto and finance industries, including 7 years as owner of Boulevard Restorations, a “Classic Car restoration” and auto sales/finance business; 10 years as owner of Boulevard Auto Rentals which operated several “Rent-A-Wreck” franchises in the DFW metroplex. Mr. Nelson has personally sold over 2,000 cars in the Dallas area, through his car dealerships and the rental car companies. Likewise, during that time, Mr. Nelson worked with a team to design and develop the online Rent-A-Wreck car rental site.

Mr. Nelson received his MBA ’88 and Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering ’85 from Texas A&M University. Graduated from Lake Highlands High School in ’81 and he has lived most of his life in Dallas. He is very familiar with the growth patterns of the city and the changing demographics in Dallas over the last 30 years.
