Buyer Rehab LLC  was founded in 2002 and is a Dallas based Real Estate Investment Company, which is privately held. It was initially formed to invest, buy and re-market in financially and/or physically distressed single-family homes in the DFW metroplex area. The company and it’s principles owns in whole or in part numerous subsidiaries, affiliates and partnerships related to the real estate industry mostly in  the areas of direct investment and acquisition of single family homes.

In addition, Buyer Rehab LLC is involved in research, acquisition, management and liquidation of single family homes and provide these services for others:

The company specializes in acquiring distressed single family homes predominately in the DFW area and is always ready to expand into new areas where opportunities exist. We were organized to provide specialized help in the purchase and sale of aging, forgotten and distressed single family projects.

Locating Homes: Buyer Rehab will locate, acquire, put under contract and close the transaction.

Liquidating Homes: Buyer Rehab thru it’s website-www.buyerrehab.com- will market, advertise the sale of the homes to investors, end-buyer potential homeowners and seller-finance deals.

Financing homes: Buyer Rehab will find hard money investors, originate loans or seller finance property in our inventory.
